The short conditions that apply when you order from Rx Route.

Ordering

By placing an order and paying, you accept these terms. You can check out as a guest, or sign in with email, phone number or LINE. Please give your name, phone number and address accurately.

Prices

Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and are the list price. Prices can change; the price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

Bundle Sale

Buy several of the same product and the discount grows with the quantity.

The discount applies to products included in the Bundle Sale and is calculated in your cart automatically.

Payment

We accept PromptPay only. Upload your slip within the time limit. Your order is processed once the slip check passes. See the Payment page for details.

Delivery

Delivery is free to every province. We ship abroad to every zone, with a fee by destination zone. Delivery times are estimates and can change with the carrier and customs. See the Shipping page for details.

Your responsibility

• Read the label and the leaflet every time, and use the product as directed.
• If you have a medical condition, an allergy, are pregnant or take other medicines, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use.
• Check that the product may be imported and used under the law of your destination country.
• Information on this website is general, not personal medical advice.

Availability

A product may run out of stock. If we cannot ship something you ordered, we tell you and refund that part.
