Super P-Force Oral Jelly is a single-dose oral jelly sachet with two active ingredients: sildenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg per 5 g sachet, orange flavour, in a box of 7 sachets, made by Sunrise Remedies Pvt. Ltd., India. It is used for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men. Use and safety information is based on the sildenafil package insert (Viagra EMA package insert) and the dapoxetine package insert (Priligy package insert).

Dapoxetine should not be used with PDE5 inhibitors, which include sildenafil, because blood pressure may drop on standing. This product contains both ingredients, so ask your doctor or pharmacist before using it.

Do not use

  • Anyone taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors
  • Heart failure, AV block or sick sinus syndrome, significant ischaemic heart disease or valve disease, or a history of fainting
  • Moderate or severe liver impairment
  • Anyone taking SSRI, SNRI or tricyclic antidepressants, or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole or ritonavir

  • SSRI, SNRI and tricyclic antidepressants and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole and ritonavir must not be taken with dapoxetine
  • PDE5 inhibitors should not be used with dapoxetine (blood pressure drop on standing)
  • Avoid grapefruit juice, and alcohol may add to dizziness and fainting
