Sidegra 100 mg is a film-coated tablet. Its active ingredient is sildenafil, 100 mg per tablet, in a strip of 4 tablets, made by the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO) in Thailand. How to use Sidegra 100 mg

As needed

Once a day

Start with 50 mg as needed, about 1 hour before sexual activity. It can be raised to 100 mg or lowered to 25 mg. Maximum 100 mg, and no more than once a day.

A Sidegra 100 tablet is 100 mg, which is the maximum single dose. Ask your doctor or pharmacist what dose suits you before use.

An erection that lasts abnormally long (priapism): get medical help at once, or penile tissue can be damaged and potency lost permanently

Do not use

  • Anyone taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors in any form (such as amyl nitrite)

  • You take an alpha-blocker (be stable on the alpha-blocker first, then start sildenafil at the lowest dose)
