What is Oselvir-75 (100 capsules)?

Oselvir-75 is an antiviral capsule for influenza. Its active ingredient is oseltamivir, 75 mg per capsule, in a large box of 100 capsules (10 small boxes of 10), from the Johnlee Pharmaceuticals brand. It treats and prevents influenza, including H1N1. Use and safety information is based on the oseltamivir package insert (Tamiflu package insert, Genentech, a member of the Roche Group).

How to use Oselvir-75 (100 capsules)

Treatment

2 times a day

Adults and adolescents aged 13 and over with normal kidney function: 75 mg (1 capsule) twice a day for 5 days, starting within 48 hours of the first symptoms.

Prevention after contact

Once a day

10 days

Adults and adolescents aged 13 and over with normal kidney function: 75 mg (1 capsule) once a day for at least 10 days.

Take with or without food.
People with reduced kidney function need a lower dose. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.

A severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis), such as a swollen face or mouth, or trouble breathing: stop the medicine and get urgent medical help

  • Anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to oseltamivir
