Watch for

It works on influenza only; it does not treat bacterial infections that can occur alongside influenza
Delirium, unusual behavior and hallucinations have been reported in people with influenza taking this medicine; watch for them and tell a doctor

It has not been studied with the live nasal-spray flu vaccine; antivirals may reduce that vaccine's effect
